1. Utilizing a high-efficiency vacuum pump or Roots blower, a negative pressure airflow is generated, seamlessly sucking material from the feed inlet. The separator expertly differentiates gas from material, causing the material to gracefully fall into the silo by the force of gravity.
2. Upon the silo reaching full capacity or the preset suction duration, the vacuum pump ceases operation. The internal pressure equilibrates, the discharge valve opens, and material smoothly descends into the storage container via the discharge port. 3. During discharge, the compressed air bag on the filter is activated, ensuring an automatic back-blowing cleaning process.
3. Post-discharge, the valve autonomously closes, initiating a new cycle for the entire conveying process.
