Product Description
Operational principle
The vacuum suction equipment uses a vacuum pump to generate a vacuum, and the negative pressure sucks the material out of the feeding port. Then, the air is separated from the material in the filtration chamber of the separation container. The material automatically falls due to gravity and is collected in the silo.
Our cyclone separator prevents fine powder from entering the filter to improve the efficiency of the filter. When the silo is filled with materials, the vacuum pump will automatically shut down and the pressure inside the conveying equipment will reach equilibrium. When the discharge valve is opened, the material flows out through the discharge port and directly falls into the storage container. When unloading, the filter element is automatically cleaned by a blowback airbag. After the feeding is completed, the discharge bin will automatically close and the entire conveying process will restart.

Working theory | The vacuum feeder forms a strong airflow under vacuum which instantly transport the bulk material to the other container by the closed pipe.During the conveying, the materials always stay in the vacuum status.
