Product Features
1. The compact structure allows for a minimal footprint, providing the flexibility to change the direction of conveyance in three dimensions. This efficient design is comprised of a driving unit, rotating unit, steering unit, inlet and outlet components, chain pipes, and observation ports, ensuring seamless operation.
2. The materials are securely transported in a sealed state from the inlet to the outlet flange, eliminating the need for a dust collector at the exit. The option to fill the system with gas ensures there is no dust leakage into the environment, maintaining a clean and safe transfer process.
3. Materials glide smoothly along the pipe with minimal internal movement, significantly reducing material damage. The slow bend transportation method ensures that very few material particles are broken down into debris, preserving the integrity of the material.
4. This system boasts low energy consumption rates, capable of extending over long conveying distances with minimal maintenance requirements. It can transport materials up to 60 meters horizontally and up to 40 meters vertically, making it highly efficient for extensive operations.
5. Versatile and adaptable, the system is ideal for solid material industries such as food, chemical, new energy, and building materials, providing a robust solution for a wide array of applications.
6. Available in multiple materials and specifications, including 304 material, 316L material, Q235, and Q345, ensuring compatibility with various industrial needs and preferences.
7. The system is currently not suitable for materials and categories such as metal powder or particles with high wear and tear, as it primarily targets materials with strong grinding forces.
