The Horizontal Ribbon Mixer features a robust design comprising a mixing chamber and a powerful stirrer drive device. Within the U-shaped tubular chamber, a double-layered, counter-rotating ribbon spiral agitator shaft operates. The outer spiral ribbon, driven by its power source, pushes materials from both ends towards the center, while the inner spiral ribbon counteracts by directing materials from the center towards the ends, resulting in an effective convective mixing process . The discharge port, strategically located at the bottom center of the chamber, works in unison with the spiral structure of the outer ribbon and the rotation direction of the main shaft, ensuring all material is driven towards the discharge port seamlessly, eliminating any potential dead corners during the discharge process .
