Characteristic description
The pneumatic clamping mechanism is a double circular ring bag clamping structure. When the large bag is lifted above the bag clamping device, press the button on the controller, and the cylinder piston rod extends to lift the pressure plate. At this time, manually pass the mouth of the ton bag through the center hole of the pressure plate and insert it between the inner and outer rings. Press the button on the controller again to retract the cylinder piston rod, and the pressure plate is lowered to fit with the upper plane of the inner and outer rings. At this time, a closed material channel is formed between the bag mouth and the inner ring, and the bag mouth tie rope is removed, The material can enter the lower hopper, and the combined action of the pressure plate and sealing ring can effectively prevent dust leakage.
