Regulated Feeder
A loss-in-weight feeder is an advanced machine, crafted with precision components such as a hopper, a single or double-axis screw feeder, a weighing system, and a regulator. This system operates by continuously weighing the hopper, materials, and feeder together. As the material is dispensed, the actual weight loss rate is meticulously measured and compared with the preset rate. Any deviation is automatically corrected by adjusting the feeder rate, ensuring the material is fed continuously, evenly, and with exceptional accuracy.
The loss-in-weight feeder is ingeniously designed to handle a variety of materials such as plastic granules, powders, calcium carbonate, talcum powder, resin film powders, flour, and starch. To cater to different raw materials, we offer two distinct scales: powder scales to tackle metering and feeding challenges for materials with poor fluidity, and granular scales to address potential bridging issues. These scales provide effective solutions for overcoming common production process challenges.
Single Screw Feeder Parameters
