Working principle of vacuum suction machine:
1. Utilizing a sophisticated vacuum pump or Roots blower, the system generates a powerful negative pressure airflow to effectively draw the material in from the feed inlet. The material and gas are then meticulously separated through the high-efficiency separator. Due to gravity, the material gracefully settles into the silo.
2. Upon reaching the full capacity of the silo or achieving the predetermined suction time, the vacuum pump ceases operation. The internal pressure of the equipment equalizes, triggering the discharge valve to open. The material seamlessly descends into the storage container via the discharge port. Additionally, the compressed air bag on the filter activates during discharge, ensuring automatic and thorough back-blowing cleaning.
3. Once the discharge completes, the discharge valve automatically shuts, initiating a new cycle of the entire conveying process, ensuring continuous and efficient operation.
