The ingenious principle of the pipe chain conveyor involves a meticulously designed process where, during horizontal transport, material particles are seamlessly propelled forward by the chain. This occurs when the internal friction among the material layers triumphs over the external friction between the material and the pipe walls, resulting in a stable and efficient material flow. In vertical movements, the chain energetically pushes material particles upwards; simultaneously, lower feed maintains upper material stability, creating lateral pressure that significantly enhances internal friction. When the material's internal friction surpasses both the external friction against the pipe's inner wall and its own weight, a continuous upward material flow is flawlessly achieved.
