The Horizontal Ribbon Mixer is predominantly composed of a robust mixing chamber and an efficient stirrer drive device. Inside the U-shaped tubular chamber lies a double-layered, counter-rotating ribbon spiral agitator. The power-driven outer spiral ribbon propels materials from both ends of the chamber towards the center, while the inner spiral ribbon facilitates movement from the center to the ends, ensuring a dynamic convective mixing effect. The discharge port, centrally located at the bottom of the horizontal chamber, works in tandem with the spiral structure of the outer ribbon and the main shaft's rotation direction to channel material towards the central discharge port, guaranteeing complete discharge with no dead corners .
