Vacuum Feeder Conveyor is also called suction pneumatic conveying, vacuum conveying is to rely on the pressure below the external atmospheric pressure (standard atmospheric pressure is equal to 101.325KPa) generated by the air flow, carrying materials along the pipeline flow line for transportation. This Vacuum Transporting Feeder is made of 304/316L stainless steel and has a 0.6 μm mirror finish on the inner surface.
Disadvantages of Vacuum Feeding Machine: The conveying distance should not be too long, because when the distance increases, the resistance will increase, and the vacuum degree also needs to increase. After the vacuum degree increases, the air becomes thinner, and the material carrying capacity will decrease. Generally, the vacuum degree should not exceed -50~60KPa.
