1. Harnessing the power of a vacuum pump or Roots blower, this machine generates a negative pressure airflow that efficiently draws material in from the feed inlet. The material and gas are expertly separated by a separator, allowing the material to gently fall into the silo due to gravity.
2. Once the silo is full or the set suction time is reached, the vacuum pump shuts off. The equipment's internal pressure balances out, the discharge valve opens, and the material seamlessly transitions into the storage container through the discharge port. 3. During the discharge phase, an automatic back-blowing system activates the compressed air bag on the filter, ensuring thorough cleaning.
3. Upon completing the discharge, the discharge valve automatically seals, and the sophisticated conveying process begins anew.
