For cohesive materials such as fibers, damp clumps, or liquid-aggregated powders, the mixer is outfitted with high-speed choppers positioned at a 45-degree downward angle on the side of the mixer drum. The chopper blades extend into the drum, efficiently shearing materials driven by the ploughshares at high speed, ensuring effective de-agglomeration and separation.
