Our vacuum suction equipment, designed by Shijiazhuang Rongxin Science and Technology Co., Ltd, utilizes a vacuum pump to create negative pressure, effectively extracting materials through the feeding port. The filtration chamber in the separation container separates air from the material, allowing it to fall into the silo by gravity.

The inclusion of a cyclone separator prevents fine powder from clogging the filter, enhancing filter efficiency. Once the silo is full, the vacuum pump automatically shuts down, achieving pressure equilibrium within the conveying equipment. Opening the discharge valve allows materials to flow out through the discharge port directly into the storage container.

During unloading, the filter element is cleaned automatically by a blowback airbag. Upon completion of feeding, the discharge bin closes automatically, initiating a seamless restart of the conveying process.
