1. Utilizing a robust vacuum pump or Roots blower, the system generates a powerful negative pressure airflow, efficiently drawing materials through the feed inlet. The innovative separator then meticulously separates gas from materials, ensuring the material gently falls into the silo due to gravitational force.
2. When the silo reaches its full capacity or hits the preset suction duration, the vacuum pump automatically shuts off, balancing the internal pressure. The discharge valve seamlessly opens, allowing the material to flow effortlessly into the storage container. During this process, the compressed air bag on the filter activates, ensuring automatic and thorough back-blowing cleaning.
3. Once the discharge process concludes, the discharge valve closes autonomously, initiating a new cycle of the efficient conveying process.
