Working principle of vacuum suction machine:
1. Utilizing a vacuum pump or Roots blower, negative pressure airflow is generated, drawing material in from the feed inlet. This material is then separated from the gas via a separator, allowing it to fall into the silo due to gravity.
2. When the silo is full or the set suction time is reached, the vacuum pump turns off. The equipment's internal pressure balances, the discharge valve opens, and material falls into the storage container through the discharge port. 3. During discharge, a compressed air bag on the filter activates, automatically cleaning by back blowing.
3. After the discharge is complete, the discharge valve closes automatically, and the entire conveying process begins anew.

Main Structures
The main structure of our vacuum suction machine (see Figure 1) includes the upper head, filter element assembly, and middle buffer.
It comprises six parts: storage, discharge valve, control box, clamp, and sealing ring. Key features include:

b. Simple design, easy operation and maintenance, low noise, and effective static elimination of materials
c. Completely enclosed transportation, preventing environmental pollution
d. GMP compliant, constructed with 304 or 316L material
