Product Description

The Horizontal Ribbon Mixers are expertly engineered for the seamless mixing, stirring, and blending of powders, granular materials, slurries, or viscous substances. They come with an optional liquid spraying system and can be custom-designed according to user specifications to function under vacuum, pressurized, heated, or cooled conditions. This flexibility ensures that our mixers meet the diverse mixing and stirring needs under various process conditions. Horizontal Ribbon Mixers find extensive applications in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and building materials industries. They are ideal for mixing powder with powder, incorporating a small amount of liquid into powder, and mixing powder with granules.

The Horizontal Ribbon Mixer features a sophisticated design consisting mainly of a mixing chamber and a stirrer drive device. Within the U-shaped tubular chamber, a double-layered, counter-rotating ribbon spiral agitator shaft is installed. The outer spiral ribbon, driven by power, moves materials from both ends of the U-shaped chamber towards the center, while the inner spiral ribbon pushes materials from the center towards the ends, creating a dynamic convective mixing effect . The discharge port, centrally located at the bottom of the horizontal chamber, is ingeniously designed. The spiral structure of the outer ribbon, along with the rotation direction of the main shaft, propels the material towards the central discharge port, ensuring efficient discharge with no dead corners .
