Production Details
The pipe chain conveyor, also known as a pipe chain machine, pipe conveyor, or chain conveyor, is the ultimate equipment for the seamless and continuous transportation of powder, small particles, and small pieces of loose materials. This versatile system can be configured for horizontal, inclined, and vertical transport. Within a closed pipeline, the chain serves as the primary transmission component, ensuring the steady movement of materials through the pipeline.
When transporting materials horizontally, the particles are propelled by the chain in the direction of movement. As the internal friction between material layers surpasses the external friction with the pipe wall, the materials advance with the chain, establishing a consistent and stable material flow.
During vertical conveyance, the material particles inside the pipe are pushed upwards by the chain. The lower feeding mechanism supports the upper materials, preventing any backwards sliding and creating lateral pressure, which boosts the internal friction among the materials.
When the internal friction force between the materials exceeds the external friction with the pipe's inner wall and the material's own weight, the materials are efficiently transported upwards by the chain, resulting in a continuous and uninterrupted material flow.

Units in the Pipeline Chain Conveyor System
Product Features
Advantages of Pipe Chain Conveyors
Effortless Maintenance. The conveyor, driven primarily by chains, boasts a simple yet robust structure, making maintenance straightforward. Regular observation and lubrication of the chains ensure the long-term, stable operation of the equipment.
Dust-Free Operation. The pipe chain conveyor's fully enclosed design, coupled with its dust-
proof construction, allows it to manage and contain dust, odors, toxic, and even harmful substances efficiently.
