For cohesive materials such as fibers, damp clumps, or liquid-aggregated powders, the mixer is enhanced with high-speed choppers positioned at a 45-degree downward angle on the mixer drum's side. These chopper blades extend into the drum, where materials driven by the ploughshares enter the effective range of the choppers. Here, they are sheared at high speed, ensuring efficient de-agglomeration and separation.
