A Loss-in-Weight Feeder is an advanced and precision-engineered system that integrates a hopper, feeder (either single-axis or double-axis screw feeder), weighing mechanism, and regulatory component. During its operation, the system continuously measures the combined weight of the hopper, material, and feeder. As materials are dispensed, the actual rate of weight loss is monitored and meticulously compared against the desired weight loss rate (preset value).
