The Horizontal Ribbon Mixer features a robust design, comprising primarily a mixing chamber and a stirrer drive device. Within the U-shaped tubular chamber, a sophisticated double-layered, counter-rotating ribbon spiral agitator shaft is installed. The outer spiral ribbon, powered by the drive mechanism, directs materials from the ends of the chamber towards the center, while the inner spiral ribbon moves materials from the center to the ends, creating an efficient convective mixing effect. The discharge port is strategically located at the center of the bottom of the horizontal chamber. The spiral design of the outer ribbon, alongside the rotation direction of the main shaft, ensures that materials within the chamber are driven towards the central discharge port, eliminating any dead corners during discharge .
