Product Features
1. Featuring a compact structure with a minimal footprint, our conveyor system is capable of changing conveying directions in three dimensions. It comprises a driving unit, rotating unit, steering unit, inlet and outlet components, chain pipes, and observation ports, ensuring versatility and efficiency.
2. Ensuring a sealed state from inlet to outlet flange, our system eliminates the need for dust collectors at the exit. It allows for gas filling during material transport, thereby preventing any dust leakage into the environment and maintaining clean operations.
3. Material transportation is smooth and steady along the pipe, with negligible internal movement, resulting in minimal material damage. The system's slow bend transportation mechanism ensures that only a few material particles produce debris.
4. Our conveyors boast low energy consumption, offering long conveying distances up to 60 meters horizontally and 40 meters vertically. The simple structure with few maintenance components ensures reliability and cost-effectiveness.
5. Versatile and adaptable, our conveyor systems are ideal for industries handling solid materials such as food, chemicals, new energy, and building materials.
6. Available in multiple material specifications including 304, 316L, Q235, and Q345, our conveyors cater to diverse industrial needs with precision.
7. Note: The system is currently unsuitable for materials such as metal powder and high-wear particles, primarily targeting materials with strong grinding forces.
