The Horizontal Ribbon Mixer features a robust mixing chamber and a high-efficiency stirrer drive device. Within the U-shaped tubular chamber lies a double-layered, counter-rotating ribbon spiral agitator shaft. The outer spiral ribbon, powered by the drive system, moves materials from both ends of the chamber to the center, while the inner spiral ribbon shifts materials from the center to the ends, creating a thorough convective mixing effect . The discharge port, strategically positioned at the center of the chamber's bottom, works in tandem with the outer ribbon's spiral structure and the main shaft's rotation to guide materials towards the central discharge port, ensuring seamless discharge with no dead corners .
