The vacuum suction machine, also renowned as a premium suction pneumatic conveying system, operates by leveraging an air flow generated from pressure levels lower than the surrounding atmospheric pressure (standard atmospheric pressure is 101.325KPa). This enables seamless material transportation along the internal pipeline flow path.
Crafted from high-grade 304/316L stainless steel, this advanced suction machine boasts an inner surface polished to a 0.6 μ mirror finish. The standard variant operates on an intermittent conveying mechanism, with specifications denoting the volume of suction per cycle. Once the designated suction volume is achieved, the bottom flap valve opens to discharge the material, then closes to restart the suction cycle efficiently.
