For cohesive materials such as fibers, damp clumps, or liquid-aggregated powders, the mixer is enhanced with high-speed choppers installed at a precise 45-degree downward angle on the mixer drum's side. The chopper blades extend strategically into the drum, where materials driven by the ploughshares enter the effective range of the choppers, and are sheared at high speed for efficient de-agglomeration and separation.
