Our Continuous Vertical Tubular Drag Chain Conveyor for Powder and Granular Bulk Material comprises one or more state-of-the-art pipe chain conveyors. This versatile system offers three primary transportation modes: horizontal, inclined, and vertical. Each single pipe chain conveyor integrates seamlessly with a driving device, tensioning device, steering gear, conveying pipe, chain material tray, and an advanced control system, ensuring efficiency and reliability.

Product Features
1. The design boasts a compact structure with a minimal footprint, allowing for flexible three-dimensional directional changes. Its components include a driving unit, rotating unit, steering unit, inlet and outlet elements, chain pipes, and observation ports, collectively ensuring superior performance.
2. Ensuring the material remains in a sealed state from the inlet to the outlet flange, our conveyor system eliminates the need for a dust collector at the exit. Gas filling during transportation prevents any dust leakage, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
3. Materials glide smoothly along the pipe with virtually no internal movement, drastically reducing material damage. Slow bend transportation minimizes particle debris, ensuring the integrity of the transported material.
4. Boasting low energy consumption and simple yet robust structure, our system facilitates long-distance conveying-up to 60 meters horizontally and 40 meters vertically-with minimal maintenance requirements.
5. Ideal for diverse industries such as food, chemical, new energy, and building materials, this conveyor system is highly adaptable to various solid materials.
6. Available in multiple materials and specifications, including 304 material, 316L material, Q235, Q345, and more, catering to specific industry needs.
7. However, the system is currently unsuitable for highly abrasive materials like metal powder or particles with high wear and tear. It is mainly designed for materials with moderate grinding force.
