Our Customized Vacuum Conveyor System for Bulk Material, also known as a suction pneumatic conveying machine, utilizes the power of air flow generated by a pressure lower than the external atmospheric pressure (standard atmospheric pressure being 101.325KPa). This innovation allows for the seamless transportation of materials through the flow path inside the pipeline.eline.
Crafted meticulously from 304/316L stainless steel, the inner surface of this sophisticated suction machine is treated to a smooth 0.6 μ Mirror finish. The standard model operates on an intermittent conveying system wherein each specification number denotes the volume of material suctioned per cycle. Once the rated volume is achieved, the system opens the bottom flap valve to discharge the material, thereafter closing the valve to recommence the suction cycle.
