The Horizontal Ribbon Mixer features a robust mixing chamber and a highly efficient stirrer drive device. Within the U-shaped tubular chamber, a double-layered, counter-rotating ribbon spiral agitator shaft ensures optimal mixing. The outer spiral ribbon, driven by power, pushes materials from both ends towards the center, while the inner spiral ribbon moves materials from the center towards the ends, creating a powerful convective mixing effect . The discharge port is strategically located at the center of the chamber's bottom. The spiral structure of the outer ribbon, along with the main shaft's rotation, effectively directs the material towards the central discharge port, ensuring efficient discharge with no dead corners .
