 Product Description

The vacuum suction equipment uses a vacuum pump to generate a vacuum, and the negative pressure sucks the material out of the feeding port. Then, the air is separated from the material in the filtration chamber of the separation container. The material automatically falls due to gravity and is collected in the silo.
Our cyclone separator prevents fine powder from entering the filter to improve the efficiency of the filter. When the silo is filled with materials, the vacuum pump will automatically shut down and the pressure inside the conveying equipment will reach equilibrium. When the discharge valve is opened, the material flows out through the discharge port and directly falls into the storage container. When unloading, the filter element is automatically cleaned by a blowback airbag. After the feeding is completed, the discharge bin will automatically close and the entire conveying process will restart.

Product Features
The main structure of our company's vacuum suction machine is shown in Figure 1, including the upper head, filter element component, and middle buffer
It consists of six parts: storage, discharge valve, control box, clamp, and sealing ring. It has the following characteristics:

a. Automatic cleaning of filter element
b. Simple structure, easy operation and maintenance, low noise, and effective elimination of material static electricity
c. Closed transportation throughout the entire process, eliminating environmental pollution
d. Complies with GMP requirements, material is 304 or 316L

 

In-Service

Advantages of Vacuum conveyor 
(1) Suitable for centralized transportation of materials from multiple points to one point. Attract and transport dispersed materials from various locations in sequence.
(2) There are special conveniences for transporting materials with a large stacking area or installed at high levels in the ground or deep.
(3) The lower part of the material tank or hopper is narrow, so choosing a suction type is very convenient.
(4) The feeding point will not generate dust flying,
(5) The feeding point can be opened,
(6) The feeding method has a simple structure.
(7) The suction type will not cause air pollution due to pipeline leakage.
