Production Details
The pipe chain conveyor, also known as a pipe chain machine, pipe conveyor, or chain conveyor, is the quintessential solution for the continuous transportation of powder, small particles, and small pieces of loose materials. Its versatile design allows for horizontal, inclined, and vertical transportation. Within a fully enclosed pipeline, the chain acts as the transmission component, driving the movement of materials seamlessly.
During horizontal transport, material particles are propelled by the chain in the direction of movement. When the internal friction between material layers surpasses the external friction between the material and the pipe wall, the material advances with the chain, creating a steady material flow.
In vertical conveying, material particles inside the pipe are pushed upward by the chain. The lower feeding effectively prevents the upper material from sliding, resulting in lateral pressure that boosts the internal friction force of the material.
When the internal friction between materials exceeds the external friction between the material and the pipe's inner wall and the material's own weight, the material is transported upward with the chain, forming a continuous material flow.

Units in the Pipeline Chain Conveyor System
Product Features
Advantages of Pipe Chain Conveyors
Effortless Maintenance: Primarily driven by chains to transport materials, this conveyor boasts a straightforward structure, making maintenance remarkably easy. Regular observation and upkeep of the chains, along with unit lubrication, are all that's needed to ensure the equipment's long-term stable operation.
Dust-Free Operation: The pipe chain conveyor operates in a completely enclosed system, and its dust
tight design allows it to manage and contain dust, odors, toxic, and even harmful substances, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
