Vacuum feeding machine, also known as suction pneumatic conveying, relies on the air flow generated by a pressure lower than the external atmospheric pressure (the standard atmospheric pressure is equal to 101.325KPa) to transport materials along the flow path inside the pipeline.

Advantages of Vacuum conveyor 
(1) Suitable for centralized transportation of materials from multiple points to one point. Attract and transport dispersed materials from various locations in sequence.
(2) There are special conveniences for transporting materials with a large stacking area or installed at high levels in the ground or deep.
(3) The lower part of the material tank or hopper is narrow, so choosing a suction type is very convenient.

(7) The suction type will not cause air pollution due to pipeline leakage.



Application
The pneumatic vacuum feeder can directly feed the material into the mixer, reverberator, hopper, tablet press, packaging machine, vibrating screen, granulator, wet granulation machine, dry granulation machine, and crusher. This machine reduces the labor intensity of workers, eliminates dust pollution, and meets the requirements of "GMP" in production.
