The advanced Horizontal Ribbon Mixer is expertly crafted with a mixing chamber and a stirrer drive device. Within the U-shaped tubular chamber, a sophisticated double-layered, counter-rotating ribbon spiral agitator shaft is mounted. The outer spiral ribbon, energized by power, drives materials from both ends of the U-shaped chamber towards the center, while the inner spiral ribbon expertly directs materials from the center towards the ends, fostering an exceptional convective mixing effect. The discharge port strategically located at the center of the bottom of the horizontal chamber facilitates efficient discharge. The meticulous spiral structure of the outer ribbon, in concert with the rotation direction of the main shaft, ensures the seamless movement of material inside the chamber towards the central discharge port, eliminating any potential dead corners during discharge processes.
