Our state-of-the-art Vacuum Suction Machine, also referred to as suction pneumatic conveying, harnesses the power of air flow generated by pressure lower than the external atmospheric pressure (standard atmospheric pressure being 101.325KPa) to efficiently transport materials along the flow path inside the pipeline.
Constructed from high-quality 304/316L materials, this innovative suction machine boasts an inner surface treated with a 0.6 μ Mirror finish. The standard model operates with intermittent conveying, where the specifications' numbers indicate the suction volume per cycle. Once the suction reaches the rated volume, the bottom flap valve automatically opens to discharge the material, then closes to restart the suction cycle.
