The Horizontal Ribbon Mixer boasts a structure primarily comprising a mixing chamber and a stirrer drive device. Within the U-shaped tubular chamber, a sophisticated double-layered, counter-rotating ribbon spiral agitator shaft operates. The outer spiral ribbon, powered by the drive, moves materials from the chamber ends to the center, while the inner spiral ribbon transports materials from the center toward the chamber ends, creating an efficient convective mixing process. The strategically placed discharge port at the chamber's bottom center, along with the spiral design and main shaft rotation, ensures smooth material movement to the discharge port, eliminating any dead zones during discharge.
