Experience the ingenious principle of the pipe chain conveyor! When operating horizontally, material particles are expertly pushed by the chain in its direction of movement. As the internal friction between material layers surpasses the external friction between the material and the pipe wall, a stable material flow progresses with the chain. In vertical transport, watch as material particles inside the pipe are propelled upwards by the chain. The lower feed halts any upper material slippage, creating lateral pressure that amplifies internal friction. When this internal friction outmatches the external friction and the material's own weight, the materials are smoothly carried upward with the chain, forging a continuous material flow.
