Working Principle of the Vacuum Suction Machine:
1. Utilizing a vacuum pump or Roots blower to create a negative pressure airflow, the material is drawn in from the feed inlet, separated from the gas via a separator, and then falls into the silo due to gravity.
2. Once the silo is full or the preset suction time is met, the vacuum pump ceases operation. The internal pressure stabilizes, the discharge valve opens, and the material descends into the storage container through the discharge port. 3. During discharge, the filter's compressed air bag activates, automatically cleaning with back blowing.
3. After discharge, the discharge valve automatically closes, restarting the entire conveying cycle.

Main Structures
The primary architecture of our vacuum suction machine is represented in Figure 1, inclusive of the upper head, filter element component, and middle buffer.
Comprising six key parts: storage chamber, discharge valve, control box, clamp, and sealing ring, this system boasts the following attributes:

c. Fully enclosed transportation ensures zero environmental contamination
d. Meets GMP standards, crafted from 304 or 316L materials
