The pneumatic clamping mechanism boasts a sophisticated double circular ring bag clamping structure. As the large bag is hoisted above the clamping device, a simple press of the controller button extends the cylinder piston rod, elevating the pressure plate. At this juncture, the operator manually threads the ton bag's mouth through the central hole of the pressure plate, positioning it between the inner and outer rings. Another press of the controller button retracts the cylinder piston rod, lowering the pressure plate to align seamlessly with the upper plane of the rings. This operation forms a closed material channel between the bag's mouth and the inner ring, allowing the material to flow smoothly into the lower hopper once the bag mouth tie rope is removed. The synchronized action of the pressure plate and sealing ring efficiently prevents any dust leakage, ensuring a clean and secure transfer process.
