The vacuum suction machine, also known as a pneumatic conveying system, harnesses the power of air flow generated by pressure lower than the external atmospheric pressure (standard atmospheric pressure equals 101.325KPa) to efficiently transport materials along the internal pipeline flow path.
This high-quality suction machine is constructed from durable 304/316L material and features an inner surface treated to a 0.6 μ mirror finish. The standard model operates on an intermittent conveying system, with the specification numbers indicating the volume of suction per cycle. Upon reaching the rated volume, the bottom flap valve opens to discharge the material, then closes to initiate the next suction cycle.
