Production Details
The pipe chain conveyor, widely known as a pipe chain machine, pipe conveyor, or chain conveyor, epitomizes efficiency in the continuous transportation of powders, fine particles, and small pieces of loose materials. This marvel of engineering can seamlessly integrate horizontal, inclined, and vertical transportation. Within a closed pipeline, the chain acts as a robust transmission component that propels the movement of the material through the conduit.
During horizontal transportation, the chain exerts a push on the material particles, driving them in the direction of movement. When the internal friction force between the material layers surpasses the external friction force between the material and the pipe wall, the material advances with the chain, establishing a steady material flow.
In vertical conveying, the chain pushes the material particles upwards within the pipe. The lower feeding mechanism curtails the sliding of the upper material, creating lateral pressure and enhancing the internal friction force of the material.
When the internal friction force among materials outstrips the external friction force between the material and the pipe's inner wall, along with the material's self-weight, the chain transports the material upwards, ensuring a continuous and efficient material flow.

Units in the Pipeline Chain Conveyor System
Product Features
Advantages of Pipe Chain Conveyors
Maintenance made easy. The conveyor utilizes chains to drive material movement, characterized by its simple structure and ease of maintenance. Regular observation, maintenance of the chains, and unit lubrication suffice to ensure the equipment's long-term, stable operation.
Dust-free operation. The pipe chain conveyor boasts a completely enclosed design that effectively handles and contains dust, odors, toxic, and even harmful substances.
Proof design allows it to handle and contain dust, odors, toxins, and harmful substances.
Application Area
Pipeline Chain Conveying System is ideal for various industries:
