1. Utilizing a vacuum pump or Roots blower, our system generates a negative pressure airflow, facilitating the entry of materials through the feed inlet. The integrated separator efficiently divides gas and materials, allowing the materials to seamlessly descend into the silo under their own weight.
2. Once the silo reaches its full capacity or the pre-set suction time is achieved, the vacuum pump ceases operation. The internal pressure stabilizes, the discharge valve activates, and materials are effortlessly deposited into the storage container via the discharge port. During this phase, the compressed air bag on the filter triggers, initiating an automatic back-blowing cleaning process.
3. Upon discharge completion, the discharge valve closes automatically, and the entire cycle recommences, ensuring continuous and efficient material transport.
