Introducing the Double Screw Conical Mixer, a marvel of engineering equipped with two asymmetrical spirals on an internal cantilever. This advanced mixer performs a dual-action by both self-rotating around its axis and revolving around the central axis of the vessel. This ingenious design generates four types of directional forces. The asymmetrical spirals lift materials upwards while the cantilever's slow revolution circulates materials in a smooth, circular motion. The coordinated rotation and revolution ensure materials are drawn inwards and dispersed outwardly, creating a dynamic, overall circulating flow that enhances mixing efficiency.
