Product Description

The Horizontal Ribbon Mixers are highly versatile solutions expertly designed for mixing, stirring, and blending powders, granular materials, slurries, or viscous substances. They can be customized with a liquid spraying system and tailored to user specifications, enabling operations under vacuum, pressurized, heated, or cooled conditions. This adaptability ensures they meet various process conditions, offering unparalleled mixing and stirring capabilities. Horizontal Ribbon Mixers are extensively utilized in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and building materials industries. They efficiently mix powder with powder, combine powder with a small amount of liquid, and blend powder with granules.

The Horizontal Ribbon Mixer features a robust design primarily comprising a mixing chamber and a stirrer drive device. Within the U-shaped tubular chamber, a double-layered, counter-rotating ribbon spiral agitator shaft operates. The outer spiral ribbon, powered by an external drive, pushes materials from both ends towards the center, while the inner spiral ribbon moves materials from the center towards the ends, creating an efficient convective mixing effect . The discharge port is strategically located at the center of the chamber's bottom. The outer ribbon's spiral structure, complemented by the main shaft's rotation, drives material seamlessly towards the central discharge port, ensuring a complete, dead-corner-free discharge .
