The operating principle of the pipe chain conveyor is ingeniously straightforward: During horizontal transport, material particles are gently propelled by the chain in the direction of movement. When the internal friction among material layers surpasses the external friction between the material and the pipe wall, a stable material flow emerges, moving forward in tandem with the chain. In vertical conveying, the chain adeptly pushes material particles upward, with lower feeding strategically preventing upper material from sliding. This creates lateral pressure, boosting the material's internal friction. When the internal friction outmatches the external friction and the material's own weight, a continuous upward material flow is formed.
