Working principle of vacuum suction machine:
1. Employing a vacuum pump or Roots blower, the system generates a high-efficiency negative pressure airflow to draw material in through the feed inlet. The integrated separator ensures efficient gas-material separation, allowing the material to seamlessly fall into the silo due to gravity.
2. Upon the silo reaching capacity or the preset suction time, the vacuum pump deactivates. The equipment's internal pressure stabilizes, the discharge valve opens, and the material transfers smoothly into the storage container. In tandem, the compressed air bag on the filter activates for automatic back-blowing and cleaning.
3. Once the discharge is complete, the discharge valve automatically shuts, initiating the next cycle of the seamless conveying process.
