The Double Screw Conical Mixer, renowned for its innovative design featuring two asymmetrical spirals mounted on an internal cantilever, executes both self-rotation along its axis and a revolution powered by the cantilever around the vessel's central axis. This ingeniously crafted configuration creates four dynamic directional forces. As the spirals rotate, they elevate the material upwards, while the cantilever's deliberate revolution circulates it in a smooth circular motion. This synchronized rotation and revolution draw material inward and disperse it outward, creating a continuous circular flow. The streams of material lifted upwards merge centrally and descend, filling the bottom void, establishing a comprehensive circulating flow.
