Product Description

The Double Screw Conical Mixer, an engineering marvel equipped with two asymmetrical spirals on an internal cantilever, orchestrates a seamless blend of self-rotation around its own axis, coupled with a revolution driven by the cantilever around the central axis of the vessel. This dynamic configuration generates four distinct types of directional forces. The two spirals work in perfect harmony to elevate the material upwards, while the cantilever's gentle revolution ensures a smooth circular motion. Together, these coordinated movements draw the material inwards and artfully disperse it outwardly, creating a symphony of circular motion. As the material streams ascend to the center, they cascade gracefully downwards, filling the void at the bottom, crafting an exquisite circulating flow.
