Our pneumatic clamping mechanism features a sophisticated double circular ring bag clamping structure. When the substantial bag is hoisted above the clamping apparatus, a simple press on the controller's button initiates the cylinder piston rod's extension, elevating the pressure plate. At this stage, users manually guide the mouth of the ton bag through the pressure plate's central hole and position it between the inner and outer rings. Another press of the button retracts the piston rod, lowering the pressure plate to seamlessly align with the upper plane of the inner and outer rings. This sequence creates a secure, closed material channel between the bag mouth and the inner ring. Following the release of the bag mouth tie rope, materials are free to flow smoothly into the lower hopper. The synchronized action of the pressure plate and sealing ring efficiently mitigates any potential dust leakage.
